• Shipping Cost for all other breeds within the Continental U.S. - $300.00

We use Continental Airlines® and American Airlines® to ship out our precious puppies. They have temperature controlled cargo cabins for the puppies, and they are superior in handling and caring for live animals. If we are unable to reserve a flight on one of our preferred carriers, then we may use another airline on a rare occasion (weather permitting) to ship out a puppy.

Health

• Our Guarantee
         We guarantee our puppies to be in good health to the best of the knowledge of our highly trained veterinarians and our knowledgeable staff. All puppies will have a vet exam prior to delivery. All shots are up to date and puppies will be free from any obvious defects, contagious disease, or major health issues at the time of delivery. Keep in mind that puppies may be severely stressed by the change in their environment. Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, wormy stool, etc., is common in puppies and may occur and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and should be checked by a veterinarian. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered by any guarantee. The Seller is not responsible for hypoglycemia or diagnosis of coccidiosis, Guardia or other types of bacterial infections. All of our puppies have regular deworming treatments, preventative parasite and anti-bacterial treatments, and scheduled vaccines prior to leaving our facility. The health of our puppies is our #1 concern. Deposits will not be refunded unless illness or death of your puppy occurs before pickup or delivery. No exceptions.

• Buyer’s Responsibilities
  Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery. We must be informed immediately of the examination’s result by e-mail or telephone if there is any kind of problem found by the vet.  No vet fees or charges will be paid by the seller unless prior agreement is made before any treatment is administered. We must be notified and approve any treatments.  Puppy well checks, grooming, vaccines, deworming, colds, upset stomach, diarehha or other minor ailments will not be covered or reimbursed by the seller. Failure to complete this crucial step will terminate the health guarantee on your puppy. This guarantee will then be null and void. Be sure to provide your puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:
         *Initial exam and annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
         *Follow veterinarian guidelines for routine vaccinations and deworming.
         *Keep your puppy free of parasites such as fleas, worms, flys, bacteria, and ear mites.

• Health Guarantee
  Your puppy is guaranteed for 7 days upon arrival to your home against fatal and life altering congenital diseases which adversely affect the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia, which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct; kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this time frame, you must pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason of death. If reason is congenital, we will replace the puppy.
  All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
         Animal must show the defect with 7 days of purchase. We must be notified of the problem within two (2) business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have one (1) report from an unassociated veterinarian stating the same problem. We will then provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
          A puppy with a defect must be returned to us in good condition, other than the specified problem, and at your expense to qualify for a replacement puppy. The puppy should NOT to be euthanized without notifying the breeder, or without our permission.
  The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality and price. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents as the original puppy. There may be a waiting period for a replacement puppy, depending on availability. No refund, in part or in full, will be given.
  This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party. We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred. You, as the buyer, are fully aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understand that you will be responsible for all payments.
  As of the date of delivery, your puppy has received proper vaccinations, a well puppy exam from a licensed veterinarian, and has been dewormed on a strict schedule. You have been informed of the puppy's vaccination and deworming schedule and are aware of future vaccinations and dewormings that will be due.
  This guarantee does not cover Coccidia, Guardia, Hypoglycemia, or Kennel Cough, which are common in puppies that are shipped and/or are around other dogs. Coccidia, Guardia, and Kennel cough are usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and, like the common cold, must run its course. Contact your vet is any coughing or wheezing is noticed. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough, on its own, is not life threatening. Although we have never experienced any of the following ailments with any of our puppies, there are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as but not limited to:
  allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, murmurs, seizures, growths, scabies, mite related illness, viral infections  and other autoimmune disorders which are not covered by this guarantee.
  Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
  There is no guarantee that you will be able to show or breed your puppy regardless of show or breeding potential.

• Legal Notice/Contract: 

• The Buyer has received and read the literature and/or instructions provided by the Seller concerning "Puppy Care"; and understands the Seller is not responsible for hypoglycemia, puppy murmurs, or diagnosis of coccidiosis, Guardia or other types of bacterial infections as the Seller has no ability to administer any type of care once the puppy leaves the kennel.  The above stated health guarantee is conditional based on the terms stated in the guarantee and is only applicable within 7 days of the puppy purchase subject to start on the date of the puppy's arrival date. No other warranties or guarantees are offered or applicable.

• The Buyer agrees to RELEASE and FOREVER DISCHARGE Bliss Acres Farm its directors, successors and assigns, and all persons on its staff who are in any way directly or indirectly connected with said purchase from all damages and causes of action, either by law or in equity, which Buyer may have or acquire or which may accrue to Buyer and/or Buyer's heirs, administrators, executors, personal representatives, successors or assigns, as a result of the purchase arising herein.

• This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.  All parties agree that all arrangements for the purchase of the above-described puppy/puppies and all the terms of this contract were made in the State of Oklahoma, County of Noble, regardless of whether by telephone, e-mail, fax or other electronic wire transmission.  All parties stipulate that Bliss Acres Farm is a Oklahoma business and only conducts business originating in the State of Oklahoma.

• By purchasing a puppy from Bliss Acres Farm or one of it's representatives I have received, read, understand and agree to the terms of this Contract and Health Guarantee and conditions of sale and accept full responsibility for the health and well-being of the purchased puppy as set forth by my hand.

    
• Shipping/Delivery
  All shipping costs and deposits are non-refundable. Sorry, no exceptions.
  For the well being of your puppy, the puppy will be shipped no earlier than eight (8) weeks of age and not until the puppy is completely weaned from it's mother and strong enough to travel. Air travel is also subject to weather conditions, and flight availability at both the departing city and arrival city. We do not guarantee that your puppy will be able to travel on any exact date, however we do try our best to arrange the soonest available travel date based on all factors. We ship on Saturdays weekly, when flight reservations are available.
